JOB PURPOSE The Logistic Administrator will join Burberry's logistics team in Scandicci. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth and accurate flow of goods across our supply chain by managing key logistics documentation, supporting warehouse operations and maintaining data integrity across business systems. Your work will play an important part in delivering operational excellence and enabling products to move efficiently through our network RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain accurate logistics and transport data across ERP and warehouse management systems. Prepare and process shipping, transport and customs-related documentation to support inbound and outbound operations. Create and manage invoices, pro-forma invoices and associated commercial documentation. Support warehouse and distribution activities by coordinating documentation for dispatches, returns and inventory-related processes. Monitor logistics administration processes, identify discrepancies and help resolve issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Partner with the Warehouse & Transport Coordinator to ensure efficient, compliant and timely movement of goods across the supply chain. PERSONAL PROFILE Previous experience in logistics, supply chain administration or a related operational environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy. Comfortable working with business systems and managing data across multiple platforms. Able to prioritise tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships. Proactive, organised and focused on delivering high-quality support to both operational and customer needs.
