In this role, you will assist with human subject research project conduct and management, including participant recruitment and data collection, entry, management, and analysis. Assists with research project logistics, maintaining records, preparing reports, and meeting research milestones and deadlines. Position Summary: The Research Coordinator I, assists with human subject research project conduct and management, including participant recruitment and data collection, entry, management, and analysis. Assists with research project logistics, maintaining records, preparing reports, and meeting research milestones and deadlines. We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish), highly professional, dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented master’s or doctoral-level student to assist with the following program activities. Position Key Accountabilities:
• Prepare and submit study-related documents to the IRB. • Development of data collection and quality control protocols. • Assist the team with participant recruitment and data collection (qualitative and quantitative). • Data entry and database management. • Distribute participant incentives. • Contribute to the preparation of presentations, manuscripts, and final reports. • This role will focus on overseeing administrative, operational, and coordination activities essential to the successful execution of the project. • The RC will work closely with investigators, clinical partners, and community stakeholders, playing a critical role in ensuring timely progress, organization, and communication across all components of the project. • Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required May substitute required education with equivalent years of experience beyond the minimum experience requirement. Minimum Experience:
• None Physical Requirements: Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
