• Project Coordinator • Assistant Project Manager • Project Manager • Construction Manager • Operations Manager • Program Coordinator • PMO Analyst About the Opportunity A leading telecommunications and broadband infrastructure organization is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support major network expansion and construction initiatives throughout the New York market.The Long Island Construction Team currently operates with a small, collaborative group, giving the selected candidate direct exposure to Construction Managers and day-to-day project operations. You'll play a critical role in helping manage documentation, vendor coordination, utility processes, scheduling activities, and project tracking efforts that keep construction projects moving forward.This position is primarily based out of Bethpage, NY. Initial training and onboarding will take place in Hauppauge, NY to ensure you become familiar with the team's systems, workflows, and processes.Primary Responsibilities
• Support Construction Managers with daily project coordination activities • Perform high-volume data entry and project tracking tasks • Maintain project information within internal systems, including NJUNS • Coordinate vendor schedules and construction-related activities • Track utility pole projects and related workflows • Support permitting and project approval processes • Maintain construction records and project documentation • Assist with invoicing and project reporting activities • Generate project status updates and operational reports • Coordinate communication between contractors, vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders • Support scheduling and operational planning activities • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables • Ensure project information remains accurate and up to date • Help identify project delays, scheduling conflicts, and operational roadblocks Required Qualifications
