DescriptionA Desktop Support position involves providing technical assistance to staff, managing computer hardware/software, and resolving network issues. Responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktop systems, printers, and peripheral devices to ensure high-quality support in a clinical setting. They are running a large project for their lifecycle refresh of 1200 devices. Their employees will support day to day break/fix and standard deployments. They will have 3000 phone devices that need to be replaced by end of year ahead of their Windows 12 migration.
