Join a growing healthcare team as an Epic Resolute System Analyst supporting Epic Hospital Billing (HB), Professional Billing (PB), and Claims workflows. This role serves as the bridge between Revenue Cycle Operations and IT, driving system optimization, issue resolution, and process improvements that enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
• Provide functional support and optimization for Epic HB, PB, and Claims modules • Troubleshoot complex billing, claims, and reimbursement issues • Partner with Revenue Cycle leadership and IT teams on enhancements and initiatives • Support charge capture, claim edits, denials management, and reimbursement workflows • Analyze workflows and implement Epic best practices • Create reporting insights using Clarity, Cogito, and Caboodle • Lead stakeholder meetings, workflow reviews, and end-user training Qualifications:
• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Certification Required (willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire also considered • Strong experience with Epic Revenue Cycle, Claims, and Billing workflows • Knowledge of payer regulations, denials management, and reimbursement processes • Experience with Clarity, Cogito, Caboodle, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus • Strong communication and problem-solving skills Why Join Us?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.00 - $62.00/hr.
