Description
IT Provisioning Technician II The IT Provisioning Technician II will join the End User Technology Services team to provide additional provisioning capacity within the Minnesota operation. The team has experienced higher-than-anticipated growth and increased contract activity, creating additional workload for the existing Minnesota provisioning resource. This contractor will provide hands-on support for device provisioning and user access activities while adding coverage and capacity to the team.

Experience Requirement: 2+ years combined technical support and customer service experience.
Education: High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
Windows-only experience is acceptable because Minnesota has only a handful of Macs. Asset management / inventory / receiving experience Episys Quest experience, preferred Previous financial institution experience, preferred A+, Network+, Security+, MCSA, MCSE, CCENT, CCNA, or similar certification, preferred Basic networking knowledge Understanding of IT/data security within a regulated environment

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Apple Valley, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
