Machine Operator- HIRING ALL SHIFTS!!! Position: Machine OperatorShift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openingsShift: $20-24/hr dependent on experience and shiftKey Responsibilities
• Load metal rods into CNC machines and unload completed parts. • Perform visual inspections using microscopes to identify defects. • Measure parts using calipers and other measuring tools. • Verify parts meet quality and dimensional specifications. • Follow standard operating procedures and quality requirements. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. • Work with small components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Required Qualifications
• 1 year of machine operation experience beyond basic machine tending. • Ability to perform detailed visual inspections. • Manufacturing or production experience in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and quality. Work Environment
• Clean, well-lit manufacturing facility. • Combination of cleanroom and non-cleanroom production areas. • Standing for extended periods, with some opportunities to alternate between sitting and standing depending on the machine. • Use of PPE including lab coats, hair nets, safety glasses, and masks in cleanroom areas. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hutchinson, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $23.40/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
