Inventory Clerk - First Shift Location: Frankfort, KYPay Rate: $21.50/hourShift: First Shift Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join a growing warehouse and manufacturing operation in Frankfort, KY. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, performing cycle counts, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, computer proficient, and committed to accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate inventory records and transaction documentation • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits • Receive, verify, and record incoming materials and supplies • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies • Utilize inventory management systems to track materials and stock movements • Investigate and resolve inventory variances • Coordinate with warehouse, production, and purchasing teams • Ensure inventory is properly labeled and stored • Generate inventory reports as needed • Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies Qualifications
• Previous inventory, warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred • Experience using inventory management software, ERP systems, or Microsoft Excel • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a warehouse environment • Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Benefits
