🦺 Health & Safety Manager | Cheyenne, WY Ready to take the lead on workplace safety? Were looking for a Health & Safety Manager to support warehouse operations connected to a Data Center Campus in Cheyenne.💰 Salary: $75,000-$84,000 DOE🕐 Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM📍 Location: Cheyenne, WYSome schedule flexibility is needed based on business demands. This position will also be on-call for emergencies approximately twice per month. What Youll Do:
• Lead and implement workplace health and safety programs • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards • Conduct risk assessments and identify workplace hazards • Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis • Coordinate and deliver employee safety training • Maintain training documentation through the LMS • Track incidents, hazards, and near misses in the Safety Management System • Lead safety meetings and toolbox talks • Communicate safety trends, metrics, and recommendations to leadership • Serve as a key safety resource for employees and management What Were Looking For:
