Job Title: Facilities Technician - Up to $28-29/hrJob DescriptionA medical manufacturer is seeking a Facilities Technician to support their headquarters and additional sites in St. Paul and Arden Hills. The role involves maintaining and repairing facilities, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.Responsibilities
• Repair sheetrock, perform drywall patching and taping, and painting. • Assist with general carpentry tasks, plumbing, and garage door repairs. • Change HVAC filters and perform general plumbing duties along with minor electrical repairs. • Manage incoming work orders and execute routine preventative maintenance tasks. • Provide customer service, coordinate with vendors, and act as a liaison for subcontractors when needed. Essential Skills
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or carpentry-related tasks. • Ability to document preventative maintenance tasks and coordinate with vendors. • Customer service skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
