Humphreys Landscaping is looking for a Maintenance Gardener who is passionate about plants, takes pride in their work and wants to help care for some of Auckland’s most impressive residential gardens.
You’ll work across beautifully designed, high-end properties where quality and attention to detail matter. With the support of an experienced team, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your horticultural knowledge and build a long-term career in the industry.
The role
You’ll be hands-on maintaining and enhancing established residential gardens to an exceptional standard.
Your work will include:
• Pruning, hedge trimming and plant care
• Weeding, fertilising and pest management
• Lawn care and mowing
• Identifying plants and understanding their ongoing needs
• Maintaining presentation and quality across every garden
• Communicating professionally with clients
About you
You enjoy working outdoors, have a genuine interest in plants, have high standards and attention to detail.
Ideally, you’ll have previous garden maintenance experience or a horticulture qualification, but attitude and enthusiasm are just as important.
You’ll be reliable, physically fit, comfortable communicating with clients and hold a full driver’s licence.
