Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Granite City areaPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customersMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructionsProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and transparencyInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptlyHandle packages and products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent conditionFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe driving recordCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedbackOrganize and load vehicles efficiently to maximize delivery capacity and minimize travel timeRemain flexible and adaptable to changing schedules, route adjustments, and business demands Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery purposesStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning toolsPhysical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages safelyDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethicCustomer service orientation with a positive, friendly attitudeAbility to work independently while remaining goal-oriented and results-drivenValid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveryWillingness to pass a criminal background checkMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and supported.
