Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers throughout assigned routes in a timely and professional mannerNavigate routes efficiently using GPS technology and local knowledge to optimize delivery times and fuel consumptionInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptlyHandle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition and are delivered to the correct addressesProvide friendly, courteous customer service at each delivery point, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathyMaintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and any special delivery instructionsFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practicesCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding route updates, delays, or customer feedbackOrganize and load vehicles efficiently to maximize delivery capacity and minimize handling timeRepresent the organization professionally at all times, building positive relationships with customers and the community Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery operationsMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and communication abilitiesPhysical capability to safely lift, carry, and handle packages of varying sizesDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethicKnowledge of local traffic laws, road safety regulations, and defensive driving practicesAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededPositive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and willingness to go the extra mileAbility to work independently while remaining responsive to team communicationValid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery purposesMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
