Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a fast-paced retail or food service environmentStrong math and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisionsDemonstrated proficiency in money management and cash handlingExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teamsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressurePhysical capability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periodsFriendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude and genuine smileReliable, diligent, and responsible work ethicStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to lead by example and inspire team performance**Preferred Qualifications:**
