Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Jerseyville and surrounding areasPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customersMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructionsProvide friendly, professional customer service and represent the company with a positive attitudeInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptlyHandle cash and card transactions accurately and securelyCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concernsAdhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicleOrganize and load delivery items in the vehicle in a logical and secure mannerRespond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededPhysical capability to lift, carry, and deliver items safelyProficiency with GPS navigation and route planning toolsReliable transportation and consistent attendancePositive attitude, resilience, and goal-oriented mindsetCustomer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellencePreferred: Familiarity with the local Jerseyville area and surrounding neighborhoodsMust pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record CheckMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
