We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our St. Louis location (3239 Lemay Ferry Rd.). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the St. Louis area. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition.
Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers throughout the St. Louis area in a timely and professional mannerNavigate routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to optimize delivery schedules and minimize travel timeProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers courteously, answering questions, and handling transactions professionallyInspect vehicles daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure safe operationMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions or concernsHandle packages and products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent conditionCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer concernsFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe driving recordBuild positive relationships with regular customers and represent the organization's brand with integrity and enthusiasmMeet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a flexible, can-do attitude Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesAbility to pass a criminal background checkStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsProficiency in reading maps and using GPS navigation systemsPhysical capability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyReliable transportation and consistent attendanceValid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveryPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine commitment to customer satisfactionAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededKnowledge of St. Louis area geography is a plusExperience in delivery, customer service, or transportation roles is preferred but not requiredMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
