We combine technical expertise and hands-on engineering to identify high-impact use cases, develop and evaluate solutions, and guide customers from experimentation to production—bringing deployment insights back to OpenAI’s product and research teams.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and ongoing operations of programs across OpenAI’s global Applied AI Engineering team. You will turn customer, field, and leadership priorities into actionable programs spanning regions and customer segments, managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery in collaboration with AIE, Sales, Product, and partner teams.
