Main duties of the job
Provide an efficient and friendly reception service to patients and visitors, either in person or by telephone ensuring a high quality of customer care is delivered at all times.
Provide an efficient and effective service to all service users.
Provide advice and guidance to other members of staff in relation to processes .

Person Specification
Qualifications & Education Essential
NVQ Level 2 in appropriate subject (or on pathway) or equivalent qualification / experience
Knowledge & Experience Desirable
Previous reception/clerical experience Previous customer care experience
Skills & Abilities Essential
Good literacy and numeracy skills Ability to communicate with members of the public, all staff and health care providers Ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary team IT skills in windows based applications
