Job summary Spire Leicester Hospital is looking for an experienced Radiology Manager to lead our Imaging Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a HCPC-registered Radiographer with strong leadership experience to drive clinical excellence, service development and operational performance within a busy and expanding department.
Main duties of the job Provide effective clinical and operational leadership across the Imaging Department. Lead, manage and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team. Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging services and an exceptional patient experience. Drive service improvement, quality assurance and compliance with regulatory standards. Manage departmental resources, budgets and workforce planning effectively. Build strong working relationships with consultants and key stakeholders. What We're Looking For Degree (BSc Hons) in Radiography or equivalent.HCPC registered Radiographer.Previous leadership or management experience within a diagnostic imaging environment.Strong clinical knowledge across a range of imaging modalities.Experience leading and developing teams, driving service improvement and managing change.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Membership of the Society of Radiographers is desirable.Independent healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications Essential
