Main duties of the job As a Care Assistant at Agincare Homes Holdings, you will join the St Peters park team in Bexhill-on-Sea to support residents with daily activities ensuring their comfort, dignity, and joy. Your duties will include providing personal care, administering and recording medication, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting independence and well-being among the residents. You will also engage residents in social activities. This role does not require prior experience as full training is provided, allowing anyone kind, compassionate, and great with people to apply. You will work 36 hours per week, including alternate weekends, with both day and night shifts available.
