Job summary Are you a Physiotherapist looking for an opportunity to develop your rehabilitation skills while helping people regain their independence? Were looking for a motivated Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our Intermediate Care Rehabilitation Service in Luton. Youll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, assessing and treating patients in their own homes as well as within rehabilitation beds. Youll manage your own caseload, working closely with patients and their families to understand what matters to them and develop personalised rehabilitation goals. Your role will involve completing holistic physiotherapy assessments, planning and delivering appropriate interventions, reviewing progress and adapting treatment plans to help patients achieve the best possible outcomes.
