Software Engineer (0–3 Years Experience) – Full Stack Java Developer Required Skills & Qualifications
• 0–3 years of hands-on experience in software development with React.js (Front-End) and Java (Back-End). • Strong understanding of Spring Boot and RESTful API development. • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, including exposure to AI Agents, OpenAI/LLM technologies, and Machine Learning fundamentals. • Strong Java React.js programming skills including object-oriented design, prototyping, development, testing, profiling, etc. • Knowledge of messaging and event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka. • Familiarity with in-memory caching technologies such as Redis and Memcached. • Understanding of relational databases, preferably Oracle, including SQL query optimization and database design. • Exposure to NoSQL databases, preferably Cassandra. • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and related CI/CD tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot issues effectively. • Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment. • Desired Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or equivalent
