The Operator is responsible for supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations by performing production activities in accordance with established work instructions, quality standards, safety requirements, and production schedules. The role requires adherence to operational procedures while maintaining productivity, quality, and workplace safety.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and production tools according to approved work instructions. • Perform routine production activities to support manufacturing output requirements. • Load and unload materials, wafers, components, or products into assigned equipment. • Monitor equipment status and production flow and report abnormalities to supervisors. • Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks on products. • Record production data accurately in manual logs or computer systems. • Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements and manufacturing procedures. • Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain workplace cleanliness in accordance with 5S practices. • Support production targets, quality objectives, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Participate in training and certification programs as required. • Perform other duties assigned by supervisors to support operational needs.
Minimum SPM / SPMV / SKM Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
