About this role
The VP, Senior Infrastructure Portfolio Management is a key leadership role accountable for the strategic planning, governance, and delivery of Mashreq Bank’s infrastructure investment portfolio. The role manages an annual enterprise CAPEX portfolio of AED 150–200M ensuring investments are prioritized and delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Working closely with the Central Technology Management Office (TMO), Finance, and Infrastructure teams, the role ensures projects are appropriately structured, financially aligned, tracked, and governed in accordance with organizational standards. The role also leads 10 direct reports, primarily external vendor resources, and is also responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring an OPEX budget of approximately AED 300M.
