Door Engineer
The Role
As an Industrial Door Engineer, you will operate as a mobile technician servicing commercial clients within your designated territory. You will handle mechanical and electrical diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and rapid-response emergency repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and commission a varied range of products including roller shutters, sectional doors, high-speed doors, fire doors and sliding folding doors.Diagnose mechanical faults and electrical failures efficiently on site.Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance to ensure British Standards compliance.Provide excellent customer service, acting as a professional representative of our brand.Participate in a shared out-of-hours emergency standby rota. Valid CSCS Card along with IPAF or PASMA certifications.
What Our Client Is Looking For:
Proven field experience working with industrial doors, loading bays, or automated gates.Strong mechanical skills with basic electrical competency.Valid UK Driving Licence (clean preferred).
