About this role
Live Nation UK are seeking a highly organised and proactive Communications Assistant, Touring and Festivals, to support the team on PR campaigns from intimate shows to stadiums and music festivals. You will have an integral role within the team, with a range of administrative and media-facing duties including monitoring and reporting on press coverage, managing media lists and sending press releases, fielding the department press inbox, assisting the team on site at major music events and festivals, pitching listings and festival guides, and supporting on content creator campaigns.

Who you are
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
Experience in PR or comms, particularly within entertainment, music, live events, or similar fields.Experience managing press lists, reporting on coverage, working on press releases and securing media coverageExperience working with journalists, photographers and mediaHighly organised with a meticulous eye for detail.A strong communicator, both written and verbal.Excellent writing and communication skills

What the role includes
Maintain department mailing lists, ensuring contacts remain up-to-date and developing targeted lists and segmentsManage department email inbox, routing requests to relevant stakeholders and teamsSend out press releases and localise third-party releases to LN UK templateMonitor media coverage and report on coverage for priority shows, optimising department tools and processes and developing AI workflows to simplify reporting with the support of their managerWork with the Creator Partnerships Manager to manage creator invites and ticketing, monitor and report on content creator campaignsPitching shows to key listings pages, festival guides and gift guidesSupport the team on site at events, assisting with show accreditation, escorting media, managing photographers, press areas and ad hoc assistanceSupport the team in planning and delivering large-scale media engagements including launches, trips, publicity stunts and gifting campaignsManage department subscriptionsTravel as required for events, press engagements, and meetingsWork flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
