Male Support Worker We’re currently recruiting Male Support Workers in Haverfordwest to support a gentleman living with an acquired brain injury (ABI) in his own home. We are recruiting Male Support Worker due to a genuine occupational requirement of the persons we support therefore this role is exempt from the Equality Act 2010 Part Schedule 9. Please confirm your gender at birth.

Requirements About You:We’re searching for people who lead with kindness and genuinely care about making someone’s day better.You’ll ideally have:NVQ level 2 or 3 in health and social care (if have a NVQ 2 must be willing to complete level 3 with us once passed probation)A caring, patient, and dependable natureGreat communication and relationship-building skillsA genuine passion for person-centred careRespect for client choice, dignity, and independenceWillingness to learn, grow, and work professionally within a supportive teamExperience in care is beneficial, but having the right attitude and values is just as important.
