Title: Student Worker - Peer Leader Navigator (SY26-27) 4 available positions What is a Peer Leader Navigator? A Peer Leader Navigator is a high school junior who previously participated in the Navigator Program and is ready to take on a paid leadership role. Peer Leader Navigators help organize activities at the middle school, high school, and Senior Center while gaining real work experience and helping create positive experiences across the school and community. Days and Times: Monday–Thursday, 3:00–5:00 PM, 4–6 hours per week Compensation: Student Worker Rate of $16.25 per hr General Duties: Middle Schools ? Help set up and organize events and activities. ? Facilitate activities with middle school students. ? Encourage students to participate and serve as a positive role model. Senior Center ? Provide basic technology support to seniors. ? Help seniors with technology questions and activities. ? Work at the Senior Center on Tuesdays from 3:00–4:00 PM. High School ? Help organize and participate in Navigator Program events and activities. ? Assist with event setup and preparation. What Are We Looking For? Peer Leader Navigators should: ? Be a high school junior. ? Have participated in the Navigator Program during the previous school year. ? Be responsible, dependable, and respectful. ? Be comfortable working with middle school students and seniors. ? Be willing to participate in weekly check-ins and professional development.
