Certifications/Requirements ● Education: High school diploma or equivalent ● Aide permit or commitment to complete requirements to receive a permit. ● Experience: Prior experience working with children with special needs is preferred. ● Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with students, teachers, and other staff.
