Job Title: Part-Time Homebound Teacher Location: Eustace Independent School District Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Homebound Teacher to join our team at Eustace ISD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing educational instruction to students who are unable to attend school due to medical or psychiatric reasons. This role requires a compassionate individual who can adapt to the unique educational needs of each student, ensuring they receive a quality education in a safe and supportive home environment. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to the student's needs and abilities. 2. Monitor and evaluate student's progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. 3. Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and parents to ensure the student's academic and emotional needs are met. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student's progress and attendance. 5. Adhere to all district policies and procedures, including confidentiality and reporting requirements. Qualifications: 1. Must hold a valid teaching certification. 2. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student's needs. 6.
