About the Role SalusCare is a growing, Irish-owned home care provider delivering person-centred care to adults in their own homes across Kerry. We're hiring Caregivers to join our team as we build a service our clients — and our team — can rely on. What We Offer €15.15 - €21.00 per hour Paid mileage between client visits Employee Assistance Programme A direct line to management for any rota or pay queries Full training and induction provided Ongoing supervision and support Career progression as SalusCare grows Regular team events and recognition for the difference you make Refer a Friend bonus What You'll Do Provide personal care, companionship, and practical support to clients in their own homes Support daily routines — personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, mobility Build genuine, consistent relationships with the same clients over time Keep accurate care records and communicate any changes or concerns promptly Work as part of a small, responsive team Essential Requirements Eligible to work in Ireland Warm, reliable, and comfortable working independently Previous care experience an advantage but not essential — full training provided Desirable Requirements Full, clean Irish driving licence and own transport Pay: €15.00-€21.00 per hour Benefits: Employee assistance program Free or subsidised travel On-site parking Application question(s): Are you currently garda vetted?
