About this role
This is a newly created senior management position at a pivotal stage in STDC's development. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the organisation's workforce, supporting and developing staff, promoting a positive work environment, strengthening organisational capacity and contributing to the delivery of employment and progression service programmes. The post offers an opportunity to influence both people strategy and service delivery as a member of the Senior Management Team.
