Aureol Global Connections is hiring for Production Technicians on behalf of Kel-Tech Engineering (Waterford) Limited of Unit 37-38, Waterford industrial Park, Cork Road, Co Waterford X91 XYN5. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: operating and monitoring production machinery, carrying out equipment setup and changeovers, performing routine maintenance and basic fault-finding, and ensuring products are manufactured to the required quality standards. The role involves inspecting finished goods, recording production data, adhering to production schedules, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations. Candidates should be able to work effectively as part of a team, follow written and verbal instructions, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and achieving production targets within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
