🔨 General Laborer - POD Assembly | Warehouse Construction Team Position: General LaborerLocation: On-Site Warehouse FacilitySchedule: Full-Time | Overtime AvailableEnvironment: Fast-Paced Warehouse & Robotics Operations About the Role We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our POD Assembly Team. In this role, you will help construct inventory storage PODs and metal shelving systems used within a state-of-the-art robotics warehouse. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals with construction, assembly, carpentry, or production experience. Key Responsibilities
• Assemble metal PODs, shelving units, and warehouse workstations. • Use hand and power tools to complete assembly projects. • Read measurements and use tape measures accurately. • Lift, move, and position materials throughout the work area. • Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Follow all company safety standards and procedures. • Support warehouse and assembly operations as needed. Required Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in general labor, construction, production, assembly, or carpentry. • Comfortable using hand tools and power tools daily. • Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately. • Strong attention to safety and quality. • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Physical Requirements
• Repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs. • Frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling. • Ability to work in a loud and fast-paced environment. • Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
