PLEASE CONTACT TALIA @ 321 775 4241Job DescriptionWe are seeking an assembler who will perform routine electronic assembly tasks, ensuring all work aligns with established quality and workmanship standards. The role involves assembling electronic subassemblies and top assemblies by following blueprints, wiring schematics, and verbal instructions.Responsibilities
• Perform routine electronic assembly tasks under close supervision following workmanship standards. • Assemble electronic subassemblies and top assemblies by reading blueprints, wiring schematics, and verbal instructions. • Use hand and power tools to assemble and rework parts/assemblies, ensuring quality standards are met. • Inspect own work on electronic assemblies to ensure quality products conform to standards. • Enter time in FIT timekeeping system, charging time to programs worked on and managing attendance. • Maintain regular and reliable attendance and flexibility for overtime and alternate shift hours. • Adhere to safety policies and work in a safe manner. • Perform additional duties as required, including lifting/moving heavy parts up to 55 pounds and complying with manufacturing equipment standards. Essential Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 2 years of relevant experience if no diploma. • Ability to work both first and second shift as needed. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience with Rockwell Collins and mechanical assembly is helpful but not required. • Skills in electrical assembly, soldering, reading work instructions, and mechanical assembly. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.43 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
