Quality Control Technician | 1st shift | $18-20/hrJob DescriptionThe Quality Control Technician oversees the inspection of finished parts to ensure they consistently meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements within a manufacturing environment. This role supports quality control and quality assurance activities, applies industry standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, and NADCAP, and uses blueprints and technical documentation to verify product conformance.Responsibilities
• Inspect finished parts and products to ensure they meet defined quality standards and specifications. • Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to verify dimensional accuracy and compliance. • Apply quality control and quality assurance methods in a manufacturing environment to maintain consistent product quality. • Ensure adherence to quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001, AS9100, and NADCAP standards. • Identify nonconformances and quality issues, document findings, and support corrective and preventive actions. • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality concerns and improve processes. • Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation to support audits and traceability. • Monitor and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and reliability. • Provide guidance and oversight to quality personnel to ensure consistent inspection practices. • Promote a culture of quality and accountability throughout the manufacturing facility. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Duncan, OK. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
