URGENTLY HIRING Job SummaryLooking for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has experience in manufacturing, machine operation, maintenance, construction, automotive repair, or a similar trade. This person will help run machines, fix equipment, and keep the facility operating safely and efficiently. What You'll Do
• Run and monitor production machines. • Set up machines for production runs. • Check parts to make sure they meet quality standards. • Troubleshoot and fix machine problems. • Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment. • Use hand and power tools. • Complete simple production and maintenance paperwork. • Help install, move, and set up equipment. • Perform general building maintenance and repairs. • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. • Assist with other tasks as needed. What We're Looking For
• Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, construction, automotive, mechanical, or a related field. • Comfortable using hand and power tools. • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring tools. • Ability to lift, move, and work around machinery. • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. • Team player with a positive attitude. • Willingness to work overtime when needed. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Bethlehem, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $42640.00 - $52000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. 401(k)
