Job Title: CNC MachinistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist who is proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints to perform daily machining duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up machines, troubleshooting, and working primarily on mill CNC machines. The role also involves fitting, filing, deburring, and assembling parts, as well as machine builds.Responsibilities
• Read and interpret blueprints to perform machining tasks. • Set up CNC machines and perform basic troubleshooting. • Work primarily on mill CNC machines. • Fit, file, deburr, and assemble parts. • Utilize Mastercam for programming from scratch. Essential Skills
• 2+ years of CNC Machinist experience. • 2+ years of consistent blueprint reading experience. • Experience with CNC mills is required; experience with lathes is a bonus. • Proficiency in Mastercam programming. • Experience using quality tools such as Verniers, Calipers, and Micrometers. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience on both mills and lathes is a bonus. • Possession of a Machinist ticket is a nice to have. • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
