You will lead the Security Command Center, enhance detection methods, and drive platform improvements to boost resilience company-wide. Collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams, you will identify risks and implement strategic solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead the Security Command Center, overseeing threat monitoring and incident response. - Refine detection strategies and strengthen platform engineering efforts. - Conduct in-depth technical and architectural risk assessments; provide actionable security recommendations. - Serve as the go-to advisor for cybersecurity questions across all departments. - Review proposed IT changes from a security standpoint and uphold best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to fortify security infrastructure and processes. - Initiate and manage security assessments, then drive improvements based on findings. - Lead incident response efforts and proactively identify emerging threats. - Contribute to policy development and ensure alignment with industry frameworks. - Foster relationships with internal teams and external experts to stay ahead of security trends.
