About the job As a Production Operator in Oss, you are the driving force behind production. You make sure everything runs smoothly and quality always stays high. Every day you work with various machines and have a keen eye for detail. Is there a malfunction? You tackle it immediately or quickly call in your colleagues. You keep an overview and make sure your workplace stays tidy. Your work in a 2- or 3-shift system: - You operate, monitor, and set up machines; - You monitor the quality and progress of the process together with the team; - You check products during production; - You switch machines to other products; - You quickly resolve minor malfunctions; - You ensure a clean and safe workplace.
