Chief Compliance Officer We are currently looking for a Chief Compliance Officer. Work specification include: 1. Responsible for the formulation, implementation, and supervision of compliance policies for two institutions in Luxembourg; 2. Fully responsible for anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing activities, including customer KYC approval re-examination; 3. Responsible for legal and regulatory risks, sanctions compliance, and data security compliance within the institution; 4. Responsible for monitoring changes in EU and Luxembourg laws and regulatory policies, and providing legal and compliance recommendations to management and business operations; 5. Responsible for handling major legal and compliance-related emergencies, as well as routine communication and reporting with local regulators; 6. Responsible for implementing the annual anti-money laundering and compliance risk assessment and the compliance monitoring plan. To do the job, you need to offer: 1. An educational background in law, finance, or economics; 2. A valid lawyer's practicing license and the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) qualification; 3. Several years of work experience in financial institutions or in legal work related to finance, and be familiar with EU anti-money laundering, data protection, and other regulatory directives; 4. Proficient in both English and French (due to some Luxembourg regulatory documents being available only in French); 5. Able to adapt to an international working environment, highly dedicated to work, with strong team collaboration, cross-cultural communication and coordination skills; 6.The candidate must pass the CSSF suitability assessment, and may be subject to an interview evaluation by the CSSF if necessary.
