The successful candidate will work on backend development with PHP and Laravel, contribute to a major AWS migration project, and progressively become a technical reference within the team Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using PHP and Laravel. Participate in the modernization of the technology stack and cloud migration initiatives. Collaborate closely with technical leadership on architectural decisions. Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best development practices. Analyse business needs and translate them into robust technical solutions. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose long-term improvements. Contribute to system reliability, security, and performance optimization. Share knowledge and support the growth of the development team. Minimum 7 years of software development experience. Strong expertise in PHP and Laravel. Experience working on complex business applications. Ability to work independently and quickly identify priorities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Professional English communication skills. You can quickly understand an existing ecosystem and become a key contributor.
