About this role
These are your tasks: - Develop and improve plastic injection molding processes for new and existing products, collaborating with suppliers and internal production teams. - Support suppliers and internal stakeholders with technical expertise, driving Design for Manufacturing and production optimization. - Lead process transfers between suppliers while ensuring quality, capacity, project timelines, and budget requirements. - Monitor injection molding assets and recommend investments to support efficiency, sustainability, and long-term industrial strategy. - Conduct external trials, support supplier selection and qualification, and drive continuous improvements across injection molding technologies and equipment. Who we are looking for: - You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanics focused on plastic injection molding. - You are proactive and autonomous with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - You work effectively across functions, demonstrating excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. - You are a team player with strong personal commitment, and a high sense of responsibility, transparency, and confidentiality. - You are willing to travel abroad on a regular basis and feel comfortable working in a global manufacturing environment. Your profile is rounded out by a very good command of English.
