Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Develop specific plans to prioritize. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures. Maintain financial and production records. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records.
