Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots. Organize planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities. Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality. Manage overall operation of farm. Establish marketing programs. Maintain financial and production records. Perform general farm duties. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Plan and maintain production schedules. Plan and organize daily operations. Employment terms options: Early morning.
