Staff accommodation available. Tasks: Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas. Diagnose livestock health issues. Handling animals. Monitor the calving process. Monitoring animal health. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Oversee the activities of clearing the fields. Supervise milking operations to ensure work is done correctly . Treat livestock health issues. Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures. Carry out a pasture or pen breeding programs. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Formulate feeding program. Maintain livestock performance records. Maintain quality control and production records. Select livestock for sale. Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs. Maintain work records and logs. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Area of specialization: Dairy cattle.
