About this role

Shift: Straight Days (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.); shift rotation as operationally required

Key Responsibilities

• Review work orders and drawings to confirm drilling requirements.

• Select the correct materials, programs, tools and drill bits.

• Set up and use drilling equipment safely and efficiently.

• Inspect components for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed.

• Meet production targets while handling materials carefully.

• Perform routine maintenance and report equipment concerns.

• Maintain accurate production records and a clean, safe work area.

• Support other production areas and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Production machinery experience is considered an asset.

• Ability to understand work orders, drawings, measurements and specifications.

• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.

• Strong attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and contribute to team goals.

• Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs., as required.
