Requirements: At least 3 years of product management or related experience, with a proven history of delivery.Extensive knowledge of product management and market trends.Strong analytical skills, effective communication, a curious mindset, and a passion for client needs.Ability to define and execute a product roadmap and business models.Ability to prioritize projects and efforts based on business and client needs, competitive and industry trends, resource and funding availability, and internal trade-offs.Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Risk, Compliance, and control teams, to execute effectively in an agile manner.Ability to manage tight delivery timelines and work effectively under pressure.Strong professional commitment, self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and adaptability to work beyond standard hours during busy periods to meet deadlines.Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong skills in the Agile framework and appreciation of both product discovery and execution.Ability to quantify delivery using success measures.Experience with product management tools, including JIRA and Confluence. Responsibilities: Understand business opportunities, client needs, and the competitive landscape to inform which initiatives and features to pursue.Participate in user experience research, incorporate user feedback, and define relevant, useful features.Understand and help shape the product vision, north star, roadmap, and feature priorities.Assess data and analytics capabilities to identify suitable solutions, and implement enhancements to digital products, including infrastructure upgrades and advanced features.Assess AI-powered capabilities and workflow automation while considering impact, effort, and cost trade-offs.Lead the product development lifecycle, from proof of concept and prototype testing through initial minimum viable product releases and subsequent enhancements.Define requirements with partner teams and ensure sprint inputs and outputs meet expectations; guide the scrum team and make informed trade-off decisions.Collaborate with product and requirements owners and designers to deliver end-to-end products and experiences.Partner with Technology to triage issues through resolution, communicate outcomes, and escalate issues when necessary.Establish approaches for piloting and rolling out new capabilities, including scope, communications, training, support, and feedback and success measures.Use user and product data, business and analytics metrics, industry trends, and client and internal feedback to improve features and inform product roadmaps.Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and delivery partners across Digital, Technology, Design, Operations, Client Service, and control functions in each region.Engage with bankers, advisors, business leaders, designers, technologists, and other stakeholders throughout the product management lifecycle to align priorities and meet business and control needs.
