Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements: We require active SC (Security Check) Clearance, or eligibility to obtain and maintain this level of clearance.We are looking for experience building microservices using Python with FastAPI, TypeScript with Express, or equivalent technologies.We are looking for experience developing React applications using TypeScript.We value familiarity with frameworks such as Next.js, Vite, or similar.We require experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Vercel AI, or equivalent tools.We require practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Llama, or similar.We value familiarity with tools that support local or hosted model deployment.We require proficiency in AWS or Azure for application hosting and deployment.We require hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Docker Compose.We value exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.We require experience with CI/CD platforms including GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or similar.We value familiarity with monitoring and observability tools for AI applications and services.We require experience with vector databases such as ChromaDB, Pinecone, PGVector, Qdrant, MongoDB, or similar solutions.We value familiarity with NoSQL databases.We require experience working with SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL or equivalent.We require strong experience using Git and modern version control platforms.We require experience working within Agile delivery environments.We require strong stakeholder management and communication skills.We require the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.We require comfort collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: We collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop Generative AI proof-of-concepts using technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and intelligent agents.We scale successful proof-of-concepts into robust, production-ready solutions.We design and develop full stack applications across both AI-driven and traditional software projects.We support the development of infrastructure that enables secure, scalable and reliable end-to-end solutions.We explore emerging technologies and apply new innovations to real-world challenges.We share knowledge across the team through coaching, mentoring and technical guidance.We lead or contribute to proposals, bids, RFP responses and customer presentations.We help develop new service offerings and innovative solutions.We participate in customer engagement and business development activities.We contribute to internal campaigns, thought leadership activities and whitepaper development.We support recruitment, team-building initiatives and practice operations.We help evolve our technical capabilities, services and offerings.
