Job Summary Drive the Business Intelligence function within the Business Planning Department by enabling integrated business strategies through sales planning, performance reporting, KPI analysis, and actionable business insights. Ensure high-quality and timely monthly reporting, support annual budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide insightful recommendations to facilitate top management decision-making and drive sustainable business growth. Responsibilities Business Performance Reporting & Analysis - Lead monthly Sales & Business Performance reporting, Global KPI tracking through integrated dashboards and performance reviews. - Analyze performance trends, variances, and key business drivers to identify gaps and root causes. - Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations to support management decisions and business performance improvement. - 3C-4P analysis: Analyze Market, segment, competitors and consumers trends in order to provide a long-term strategy for the dedicated segments. Sales planning & Budgeting - Lead monthly Rolling Sales Planning across volume, pricing, product/size mix, and regional dimensions. - Monitor forecast accuracy, identify sales gaps and key drivers, and drive corrective actions to optimize sales efficiency. - Support Mid-Term Business Plan development and visualization through data-driven scenarios and business insights. - Conduct Annual Budgeting across volume and financials, translating strategic directions into actionable business plans. Strategic visualization & analysis models - Quality improvement through Analysis models & integrated visualization - Seeking chances to visualize key business pain points Requirements Education: BA in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field. Experience: -3–5 years in Business Analysis, Sales Planning, Business Intelligence, Business Planning, Corporate Planning - Experience in tire, automotive, or related industries preferred Language: Fluent (speaking and writing) in English and Vietnamese (Preferred: IELTS 7.0 above, TOEFL 90 above, etc.) Skills <Mandatory> - Strong analytical skills - Good planning & forecasting capability - Excellent collaboration and coordination capability - Strong verbal and writing communication and presentation both in Vietnamese and English <Preferred> - Ability to integrate and analyze data from various routes - High proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint (Power BI is an advantage) - Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive - Creative, Resourceful & Critical thinking Local contract terms only Understanding that Serving Society with Superior Quality is our heritage and our mission, and embracing our responsibility to future generations as a global leader in our industries, Bridgestone and its teammates around the world employ innovation and technology to improve the way people move, live, work and play.
